Dog Parks - Wiggly Field in West Chicago

Wiggly Field


Wiggly Field is a beautiful private, Permit Only Dog Park located in Reed Keppler Park near the Dyer Nature Sanctuary. Each dog must be registered at the West Chicago Park District office. A special collar and tag will be issued and must be worn by each dog while in Wiggly Field. You must present proof of current rabies vaccination at the time of registration. Dogs who are not old enough to receive a rabies vaccination may not enter Wiggly Field. Passes are issued annually beginning May 1 of each year and expire April 30. $36 Per Resident Dog
$48 Per Non-Resident Dog
$12 Per Additional Resident/Non-Resident Dog

VIP Fees (Adults 55 and over)
$24 Per Resident/Non-Resident Dog
$12 Per Additional Resident/Non-Resident Dog

Hours:   Sunrise to Sunset - 7 days a week

**The access gate on the West side of the park is closed on Thursday from approximately 6pm to 10:30pm and Sunday from approximately 8:30am to 1:00pm due to the gun club. You may enter the park by using the North entrance off of Arbor Street. You will need to park your car in the North lot and walk to the Dog Park on those days and times.

That is such a great idea!  I bet the dogs love having this play day place to go to.

Jane & Crystal:  It's nice that the dogs get to interact and just run like dogs are supposed to.  No one really has a large enough backyard anymore.

Hello Lyn,

Thank you for sharing the information about Wiggly Field Dog Park in West Chicago.  Dog Parks are starting to pop up all over the place.  Great idea for people with dogs who do not have a large enough back yard for their dog companions.  Great job on your post!
